Dulovo Municipality is committed to ensure easy access and availability of this portal for the widest group of users regardless of the used technologies and skills.
We are actively working to improve the accessibility and usability of this portal and in doing so we adhere to the existing standards and best practices.
To meet both the requirements and criteria for the level of accessibility set by the European Commission on the websites of public administrations and the requirements of the current Internet technologies, the website will use the standards of WCAG 2.0 and level of compliance "Double-A”.

This portal will try to cover the level of accessibility double-A according to the latest standards of the World Wide Web Consortium - Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (WCAG 2.0), by using the best practices and techniques.
WCAG 2.0 explains how the content of websites can be made more accessible for people with disabilities. Implementation of the guidelines will help more people to feel comfortable and to take advantage of the Internet.
This portal is built with a code that is compatible with W3C standards for XHTML and CSS. It is correctly reproduced by the currently available Internet browsers and its use ensures compatibility with future new and improved browsers.
Although we strive to provide compatibility with the existing accessibility standards, this is not always possible in every aspect. Browsers and techniques for development and access to Internet are growing very fast and sometimes some of the standards requirements for accessibility have become redundant.
In this light, we continuously develop this portal technology to achieve high standards of accessibility and usability of its content.
